The Singleton Girls - 4 yo and a pair of Twin 1 yo - Omaha NE

Omaha NE--- A heartbreaking discovery in Omaha. Police say they
found a 4-year-old girl left alone to care for two siblings who are even
younger than her. Police just found the children's mother on
Thursday. That is three days after the girl was discovered.
The 4-year-old girl was caring for a pair
of one-year-old twins. A woman inside the home would not explain what
happened when approached by a reporter.

Police say they found the children fending for themselves after the
mother, 22-year-old Amber Singleton, did not return home on Monday
night.
"Well, police did talk to the biological grandmother," says Officer
Mike Pecha of the Omaha Police Department. "She basically told the
officers that her daughter, basically she likes to party."
According to a police report the children were not only left by
themselves, they were left near some marijuana which was within reach.
A neighbor reportedly told police the 4-year-old
called her repeatedly. She says the girl told her that her mother left
her home alone with her two twin sisters.
That neighbor called 911. Police eventually caught up with the mom
on Thursday and arrested her for three counts of misdemeanor child
neglect.

what is wrong with people , her mother says what she" basically likes to party "if you know that you bleepin bleep than why dont you check up on your grandbabies what kind of grandmother are you if i knew my daughter liked to "party to much" then i would take action keep a good strong eye on them she basically just dismisses it
