ZECHARIAH RYAN - 14 MONTHS - Zanesville OH

An Amber Alert has been issued for a 14-month-old missing child last
seen in Zanesville, Ohio.


The child may be with his parents, who both use drugs. It's
feared that The child may be in danger.
The missing child was last seen on 921 Sevall Street in Zanesville,
Ohio.
Zechariah Ryan is a white male, 2 feet tall, 25 pounds, with sandy
blonde hair and blue eyes.
The child may be with his father, Jeremy Ryan, who is a 33-year-old
white male with brown hair and brown eyes. Ryan is 5 feet 10 inches
tall weighing 235 pounds.
The child may also be in the company of his mother, 30-year-old
Kristina Ryan. She is a white female with blonde or strawberry hair,
hazel eyes, 5 feet 3 inches tall, and 158 pounds.
The suspects were driving a black 1996 Toyota Corolla, 4 door, with a
license plate of EXY6146 from the state of Ohio.

An Amber Alert was
issued Friday for a missing Zanesville toddler.Fairfield County
authorities found 14-month-old Zechariah Ryan unharmed with his
biological parents in the parking lot of Canal Winchester High School
around 9:15 Friday night.Law enforcement had been searching for
33-year-old Jeremy Ryan and 30-year-old Kristina Ryan since shortly
after 3 p.m. Friday afternoon. They did not have custody of Zechariah
and took him from a home on Sevall Street in Zanesville.Zanesville
Police Officer Mike Schiele says, because of the Amber Alert, Fairfield
County authorities have the two parents in custody and they will be
charged with interference with custody. The toddler will go back to the
custody of Muskingum County Child Services.Authorities say they
were concerned about the child's safety, because the parents are known
drug users.
