However as more and more people get to read the record of Judge Perry - it is becoming clear, fast, that he is not going to be a defense leaning judge at best and if his previous career as a prosecutor is any indicator - he very well could push both the defense and prosecution to a faster trial date than Strickland before him. For over one year now, Casey Anthony's defense team has been dragging their feet to delay her murder trial for as long as possible.
