Here’s the links to the motions filed by the defense on Monday–the same day that Judge Strickland stepped down. I gotta tell ya, I’m really looking forward to the hearing that will address these new motions with Judge Blevin “Don’t Try To Play Me Cuz’ You Can’t” Perry. This man is known for handling difficult cases, is a former prosecutor, has tried numerous homicide and death penalty cases over the course of his career, and his been the chief judge since 2001. He is NOT the kind of guy that will put up with any shenanigans in his courtroom. Can we hear an “Oops” from the defense?
