GILLIAN MACCARI - 12 yo - Houston TX

Police were searching on Saturday for a 12-year-old boy
who was last seen when he was dropped off at his Galleria-area school
Friday morning.



Gillian Maccari was dropped off at Grady Middle School, 5215 San Felipe,
around 7:45 a.m. by his father.

He told his Dad that he would be going home from school with a friend
named Isaiah, and that the arrangement had been approved by his mother,
authorities said.

However, Gillian did not return home that evening and has not been seen
or heard from since. The boy’s family said it was not
supposed to be an overnight visit.

Gillian is about 5 feet tall, weighs 150 pounds with brown hair and
brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a navy blue T-shirt and blue jeans.

Anyone with information about the missing child should contact Houston
Police Department Juvenile/Missing Persons at 713-731-5223 regarding
Case# 62202310.

What I want to know is, didn't his parents call all of his classmates or friends houses to see if he was at any of them? Happy to know he's home tho'.

I am Gillian's Mom. We did everything we could! The School was closed, we tried to call every single name we were able to find! We did everything we could!
We are so blessed and lucky that Gillian is safe. We want to thank everyone who helped.

You would probably be very surprised at the parents that don't/didn't. Thank God he is home and safe.
I'm sure it was very hard on you, I would suggest you get all the phone #'s of his friends and such that you can, just to be on the safe side. At his age he should've known to call home, I hope he has learned a lesson from all of this. It is very scary, so many children are abducted every day and we don't even know the half of it.
