"Toddler John Doe" - 4 yo - Bartlesville (N of Tulsa) OK

A Bartlesville man was being held on $100,000
bond following his arrest for the alleged abuse of a 4-year-old boy.
David Wymon Laird, 28, faces a single charge of child abuse following
incidents alleged to have occurred April 29.
According to the probable cause affidavit in the case, the victim was admitted to the
Jane Philips Medical Center Emergency Room with multiple injuries.
According to the report, the 4-year-old had a fracture to the back of
his skull and to the lower right side of the skull.
He also had “numerous bruises” on his body, including his back, legs and genitals,
the affidavit states. Doctors reportedly said that “air had entered (the
victim’s) skull and brain area due to the fractures to his skull.”
He was later transported to Tulsa Children’s Hospital “due to the
seriousness of his injuries, according to the affidavit.
Reportedly, Laird told authorities that the child had received the injuries when
the child “climbed on top of a clothes dryer and fell onto the dining room floor.”
