"Jane Doe" - 16 yo (2008) - Exploited by Mother - Kansas City MO

Kansas City MO ---- A suburban Kansas City woman who admitted videotaping
herself and her boyfriend sexually abusing her daughter has been
sentenced to 58 years in prison.
The 43-year-old mother pleaded guilty in March to five counts of
sexual exploitation of a minor and two counts of second-degree statutory
sodomy. She is not being named by sources to protect the
identity of her daughter, a sex-crime victim."It is difficult to imagine the depravity of a mother
who would willingly engage in the sexual abuse of her own daughter,"
Platte County prosecutor Eric Zahnd said Tuesday.The daughter's boyfriend received several DVDs in
September 2008 from Edward Shockey, 35, who was dating the girl's
mother. The boyfriend thought the DVDs contained music videos, but
instead they were videos of the mother and Shockey having sex with the
16-year-old, who was clearly pregnant in much of the footage,
prosecutors said.The
DVDs were turned over to investigators, who charged Shockey in January
2009 with sexual exploitation of a minor, statutory sodomy and promoting
child pornography to a minor.
