ORLANDO -- As Casey Anthony’s defense team heads back to court Tuesday, lawyers said they want to convince the judge to drop the option for the death penalty.
The defense has asked the state of Florida to list the aggravating factors that would justify seeking the death penalty if Casey is found guilty of murdering her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.
