ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, is expected to present nearly one dozen motions to an Orange County judge Tuesday . Baez said he wants more evidence handed over from investigators including notes, reports, and photographs and less information released to the public.Jose Baez said he also wants his own team of experts to be allowed to inspect hair that investigators said they found in the trunk of Casey's car. They said it belongs to Caylee and showed signs of decomposition.
Baez is also expected to ask a judge to allow additional testing on the forensic evidence in the case. Eyewitness News found out that a gag order will also be discussed in court on Tuesday.

Application and Order for Subpoena Duces Tecum (bring evidence) to Amscot for the names, addresses, and contact information for all employees who worked
from June 25 through June 30, and the hours, shifts and schedules worked by those employees during that timeframe.
Motion to compel calendars and timelines drafted by LE during witness interviews with Anthony Lazarro.
Motion to compel CSI reports and photographs including all records and documentation.
Motion to compel notes, reports, photographs, concerning any and all forensic evidence the FBI received and processed,
and any and all chain of custody documentation,
copies of microscopic slides produced, studied or preserved by the FBI,
and the ability for defense experts to inspect hair strand collected by LE or the FBI.
Motion to compel reports and communications including but not limited to emails, faxes, memos, letters, notes, etc., between LE and Oak Ridge National Labs,
and copies of all ORNL files pertaining to the study including copies of all inter-office communications including but not limited to emails, faxes, memos, letters, notes, etc.
Motion to compel tips, any police investigation reports or documentation by LE which involves the investigation of tips, leads, and follow ups conducted by the agency or agencies based on sightings of Caylee Marie Anthony.
Motion to compel K9 information including manuals,vet records, manners of alerts, and specifics to each alert type, copies of any and all documentation pamphlets, manuals, memorandums, handbooks, web pages, etc., that list, describe, instruct, suggest or refer to any standard operating procedures when handling canines involved in such investigations.
Motion to preserve forensic evidence in possession of the Office of the State's Attorney, local law enforcement, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the FBI or any and
all agents, contractors, consultants, and advisors,
and for court to consider additional testing in so far as notice can be made as to what can be tested, how it will be tested, who will test it, and when and where it will be tested and at the very least the defense be present for the testing.
