"John Doe" - 6 yo - Delaware (N of Columbus) OH

Delaware police found a missing 6-year-old boy and arrested his
alleged kidnapper June 6 on the city's northwest side.
Police arrested Harry Payne Hall, 39, for kidnapping, burglary and unauthorized
use of a motor vehicle, according to police reports.
Hall allegedly kidnapped the boy at 3:30 a.m. June 6 from a baby-sitter's
home in Marion. According to reports, police believe he is the boyfriend
of the child's mother.
After taking the child, Hall stopped by a Delaware residence, where he confronted the mother, then fled with the
boy, police said.
Police officers later saw the vehicle and tried to stop Hall,
but he escaped on foot with the boy, according to reports. Hall called
police several times, reports said.
With the help of canine units, police officers narrowed their area of focus to railroad tracks
and were able to apprehend Hall at about noon June 6. With the help of
the Delaware County Sheriff's Office and the FBI, Delaware police found
him near a CSX railroad line, just south of Pennsylvania Avenue in
Delaware, reports said.
Hall has a preliminary hearing set for June 16. His bond was set for $100,000, said police Capt. Bruce
Pijanowski. Hall is being held at the Delaware County jail, officials said.
