Lee’s Summit police are seeking the public’s help finding a
14-year-old girl who has been missing since Saturday.


Fatima Scott
was last seen at her home and may be traveling on foot. Fatima has a
bipolar disorder and family members believe she may be in danger because
of her mental state.Anyone with information about Fatima’s
whereabouts is urged to call Lee’s Summit police at 816-969-7390.

Fatima Scott, the 14-year-old girl who was reported missing yesterday,
was located at some point on Monday night and returned to her family,
Lee's Summit police report. No other information was available.

The Lee’s Summit Police Department is seeking the public’s help to locate a missing teen.Fatima Scott, 14, was last seen Friday in the area of Chipman Road and Fieldcrest Drive. Fatima is being treated for bipolar disorder and does not have her medication with her.She is described as African-American, 5 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing 100 pounds and with brown eyes and black hair. Fatima was last seen wearing a green, long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans, black tennis shoes and a green jacket.Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to call the department’s communications unit at 816-969-7390.

LEE'S SUMMIT, Mo. -- Lee’s Summit police said a missing teenager has been found, and is back with her family.Police said Fatima Scott, 14, was last seen in the area of Chipman Road and Fieldcrest Drive on Nov. 18.Authorities said she was located in Kansas city on Monday. No other details were released.
