LARRY THOMAS McCUEN Jr - 15 yo - Gastonia (W of Charlotte) NC

Two teens have been reported missing in the Charlotte area.

Authorities are looking for 15-year-old Zachary Campbell, of Kannapolis, and 15-year-old Larry Thomas McCuen Jr., of Gastonia.

Campbell was last seen leaving a relative's house in Kannapolis on July 16.  He is believed to be staying with friends in the Pineville area.



Zachary is 5'9" and weighs about 140 pounds.  He has short brown hair and brown eyes.

McCuen was last seen on Friday afternoon in Gastonia.  He is 5'11'' and weighs about 150 pounds.  He has short brown hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt with three crosses on it, baggy jeans, and black shoes.

I found an article in March where Larry had run away. He was found after two days. I also came across a 40 year old Larry Thomas McCuen also from NC who is a convicted felon paroled so I'm guessing that could be his father which may give us a clue why this poor boy runs away.

I can't find anything "official" on this kid being found and, I'm not sure about projectjason, it they're reliable. Any input would be very welcomed.
