MARIYAH GALAXY FLETCHER - 2 yo - Little Rock AR

A 2-year-old girl, police say was kidnapped in Little Rock, AR, could be headed toward Memphis.
Mariyah Galaxy Fletcher was reported missing just after 1:00 Wednesday morning.
The girl's mother let 31-year-old Schamitha Drayer and another woman
take the girl for ice cream Tuesday. They never brought her back.
The other woman told police Drayer said she was returning the girl to the mother.
The girl was last seen wearing a yellow outfit with pink sandals.
Drayer is believed to be driving a 1990's black Buick LeSabre with paper tags.
Police have reason to believe they may be in or headed to Memphis.

Police in Little Rock are searching for a 2-year-old girl who was allegedly taken by a family friend.
Mariyah Galaxy Fletcher was reported missing shortly before 1 a.m. Wednesday by her mother — Amber Webster.
A police report says Webster allowed 31-year-old Schamitha Drayer
and another woman to take the girl for ice cream Tuesday and Drayer
never returned with the child. Police say the other woman told officers
Drayer last told her that she was returning the child to the mother.
Sgt. Vicky Keathley says Drayer could be headed to Stuttgart,
Texarkana, Ark., Memphis, Tenn., or Arlington, Texas, or could still be
in the Little Rock area.
The missing girl is black, 2-feet-3-inches and about 20 pounds with curly hair.

A Little Rock man awoke to the sound of a crying baby around 3:30 a.m.
Friday morning, and finds a baby girl missing since Tuesday. The suspect
has been arrested and taken into custody.
Eric Buchanan lives on S. Gaines Street in Little Rock. He awoke to the sound of a baby crying, thinking it was a
neighbor's child, but the sound was much closer.
Upon going outside he realized the sound was coming from the bed of his pick-up
truck. Buchanan says he walked to his truck bed and reached in, and saw
little Mariyah reaching up to him from inside.
Buchanan took Mariyah inside, called a woman friend who came to help
him take care of her. He gave her orange juice, cleaned her up, and
called police.
The woman who allegedly abducted Mariyah, Schamitha Drayer, was found
and arrested in Prescott around noon Friday. Drayer will be transported
back to Little Rock Friday afternoon. She is charged with kidnapping
and endangering the welfare of a minor in the first degree.

Police are also processing the vehicle she was driving for evidence.
Mariyah's family threw a welcome home barbecue for the toddler
tonight. Her mother says she's focused on happiness -- and not anger
towards the women she says took her daughter.

Police in Little Rock, Arkansa, say a two-year-old girl missing for three days has been returned to her mother unharmed.

Friday a Little Rock man found Mariyah Fletcher crying in the bed of his pick-up truck.

The woman seen with her last., Schamitha Drayer, was arrested in southwest Arkansas.

The man who found Fletcher called police and then a friend, who
helped him clean her up and give her some juice to drink until
authorities arrived.
