RAYVONNA and ISAAC HARRIS - 4 and 5 yo - Fountain (S of CO Springs) CO

An Amber Alert has been issued for two children from Fountain. Rayvonna Harris, 5, and Isaac Harris, 4, were last seen with Raymond Harris, Jr., 24, who is wanted on domestic violence charges out of state. The two were last seen around 8 a.m. in Fountain. Raymond was seen driving a black Pontiac Grand Am with plates out of Missouri. The vehicle has a sunroof. Raymond is described as a black male about 5', 8" tall and weighs around 190 pounds. he has long brown hair in a pony tail and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white tank top and jeans. He has a tattoo on his left bicep that says 'Til Death Do Us Part'. On his right forearm he has a bulldog with the word Issac written under it. The word Rayvonna on his neck on the right side. Rayvonna is described as a 3' tall black female and weighs about 45 pounds. She has brown eyes and her brown hair was in braids with black and white barrettes. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt with an American flag on it and blue Capri pants. Issac is also about 3' tall and described as a black male. He weighs about 42 pounds and has short brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing an orange shirt, blue jean shorts and black and blue Jordan tennis shoes. He also has a silver stud earring in his left ear. Anyone who sees them is asked to call 911 immediately.

Father Arrested In Kansas City

UPDATED: 6:20 am MDT September 16, 2010FOUNTAIN, Colo. -- Two missing Fountain kids have been found in Kansas City. Police said the children’s father took them from their grandmother's house.Rayvonna Harris, 5, and Isaac Harris, 4, were reported missing Wednesday. Police said their father, Raymond Harris, has several warrants out for his arrest on domestic violence charges. Wyandotte County Sheriff’s Department in Kansas put out the warrants. Fountain police alerted law enforcement in Kansas and Missouri.Police found Harris and the two kids in Kansas City just after 9 p.m. Wednesday night. Harris was taken into custody. The children were unharmed. Police are still investigating the incident.
