NC at 9:53 this morning have issued an AMBER Alert for 5 year-old
Isaac Bautista Peidra. He is a Hispanic male, approximately 4 feet
tall, weighing 63 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. His alleged
abductor, 34 year old Rey Fernando Baustista Osorio, is described as a
Hispanic man, 5 feet 7 inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes.
Authorities believe they may be headed towards Wayne County or possibly

The Wilson Police Department is searching for five year-old Isaac Bautista Peidra, who was taken by his father.
Police said Peidra was kidnapped after his father stabbed the child's mother in the chest.
Peidra is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 4 feet 0 inches
tall, weighing 63 pounds. He has brown hair, and brown eyes.
Peidra's alleged abductor, Rey Fernando Baustista Osorio, 34, is
described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 7 inches tall Osorio has black hair and brown eyes.



They said Osorio is traveling in a Black 2001 Nissan Xterra with NC license tag number YWT1422.
Officers are not sure of Osorio's direction of travel, but think he may be headed to Wayne County or Mexico.
WRAL is reporting that the boy's mother, Ma Natividad Piedra-Maced,
31, is in critical condition at Pitt Memorial Hospital in Greenville, NC.
Police have warrants for Osorio on charges of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.

Wilson, N.C. — Authorities
canceled an Amber Alert for a missing 5-year-old Wilson boy who,
authorities say, was kidnapped by his father early Saturday after he
stabbed the boy's mother.Wilson police said that Isaac Bautista
Piedra was found safe at his grandparents' home in Duplin County late
Saturday. He was unharmed and placed into protective custody.His
father, Rey Fernando Bautista Osorio, 34, remains on the run. He might
be heading to Wayne County or Mexico and is also known to frequent Pink
Hill and Albertson. Authorities found a black 2001 Nissan X-Terra that
he had been driving.Police believe that Osorio stabbed his wife,
Ma Natividad Piedra-Maced, 31, in the chest and then took their son from
1111 Arrington Ave. sometime before 2:30 a.m. Saturday.Piedra-Maced, 31, was flown to Pitt Memorial Hospital in Greenville, where she was in critical condition.

Osorio took Isaac to his sister's house in Durham, and Osorio's sister took the boy to his grandparents in Duplin County.

The
grandparents called police and said they had the boy, but have since
been uncooperative with investigators, police said. Authorities haven't
been able to get in touch with Osorio's sister.

Osorio is wanted on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
