Can somebody please tell me what NCMEC means by "restricted"?
I have run across this in the past and it boggles my mind...

I just googled NCMEC Restricted and I see peeps talking about the poster being restricted as a sign that a notification will be coming so I wonder if they sort of put the poster dissemination on hold while they verify the child is safe.
