DNA Testing Is A Slippery Slope For Casey Anthony Attorney's

The latest in a never ending series of Casey Anthony defense motions is a request for DNA testing of a canvas bag and the contents inside, which were found near where Caylee Anthony's body was discovered. I was shocked that the State of Florida had not already tested this bag and the contents inside for DNA, but apparently they have not. That said, I believe it is a huge mistake for Casey Anthony attorney's Jose Baez and Cheney Mason to focus attention on the science of DNA testing.
