OKLAHOMA CITY - Police are looking for a child predator who abducted a 12 year old girl and molested her. The child was walking to school Thursday morning near the 2800 block of Brookline when a man forced her into his car at gunpoint.
"He drove her to an unknown location where she was ultimately molested by the suspect and dropped back off at the original location where she was picked up," said Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow, Oklahoma City Police.
Investigators say the kidnapping and sexual assault could be linked to two other cases they are currently investigating.
Back in April, a 12 year old girl was forced into a car by a man with a knife. It happened near Klein and NW 16th.
Just last month, an 11 year old girl was kidnapped at gunpoint at SW 59th and Blackwelder.
In both cases the girls were molested and then dropped back off.
"The way the suspect has operated in these cases, the things he's done, the things he's said, they are very similar in all of these cases, " said Sgt. Wardlow.
If you have any information about any of these cases, you are encouraged to call (405)297-1500.

WARR ACRES — Putnam City School District parents on Monday night were reminded to be vigilant about their children's safety in light of recent news of three cases of middle school students being abducted and molested in Oklahoma City. Superintendent Paul Hurst said Oklahoma City police believe there could be a connection between the cases and have formed a task force to investigate the incidents."It is important that parents and families remind their children of personal safety rules," Hurst said during the school board's regular meeting. "Ask children to walk to and from school with others, to never approach or speak to a stranger, and to report any suspicious person or persons to a trusted adult. We must work together to keep children safe."The girls were abducted Sept. 16 and 29 and Oct. 29 near May and Brookline avenues, SW 59 and Blackwelder Avenue and near Klein Avenue and NW 16.In other business, Hurst reported the district's after-school program has slightly more than 800 students enrolled. He also said The Care Share Program, a volunteer effort that assists families in need in Putnam City schools, is asking for more people and organizations to help children have a merry Christmas and a warm winter.Last year, Care Share efforts made it possible for 429 Putnam City families with 1,239 children to receive Christmas presents of clothing and toys. Those interested in donating may do so by sending checks, made payable to Care Share, to the Putnam City Foundation, 5401 NW 40, Oklahoma City, OK 73122.
