"John" LARIVEE - 13 yo - La Crosse WI

A La Crosse father is accused of physically assaulting his 13-year-old son. The teen said Darren Larivee struck him in the head and held him against a wall by the neck in the laundry room of his home at 1220 Avon St. on Nov. 13, according to the complaint filed today in LaCrosse County Circuit Court. The boy reported that he couldn't breathe for about five seconds. Larivee, 35, then threw the boy the ground and pushed his head against a wall, the complaint stated. Two other children at the home said a drunken Larivee threw a phone at a wall before the incident and screamed, "Get the(expletive) out before I kill all of you," according to thecomplaint,
Larivee was charged today with physical abuse of a child, strangulation and suffocation,disorderly conduct and possession of THC. Larivee returns to court next Tuesday for a preliminary hearing.
