After a few jail visits which were video recorded and released to the public, Casey Anthony refused to allow any further jail visits from her family or friends.
In the most recent motion requesting private family visits, defense attorney Jose Baez argued releasing the videos of the visits to the press is a iolation of his client’s right to privacy.
However, the right to privacy has not always been the reason Mr. Baez gave to the public for his client refusing visits. In this article, we will examine Mr. Baez’s initial claim for the reason Ms. Anthony does not wish to speak with her parents.
