Alleged sex with children lands Waco man 21-count indictment

WACO - A Waco man accused of molesting multiple children last year has been indicted on 21 counts of sexual misconduct.
On Wednesday, a McLennan County Grand Jury indicted 36-year-old Kenneth Earl Tyler Junior on 19 counts of sexual assault of a child and two counts of continuous sexual abuse of a child.
Tyler was arrested October 16 of 2010 after police say he sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl. As more victims came forward, investigators detailed a string of assaults occurring between September of 2008 and August of 2010.
According to affidavits obtained by News Channel 25, Tyler is accused of molesting at least three different children, some of whom were supposedly related to him.
In one of the instances, one of the victims said he raped her as punishment for arguing with a sibling. In another, Tyler is alleged to have had sex with three underage girls at the same time. Two of those victims described the event to police investigators in graphic detail.
The investigation led to more warrants for Tyler, and in November of 2010, his bond was set at over $3 million.
Following his indictment, Tyler remains in the McLennan County Jail, where his bond remains the same.
