Okay, let’s assume that Baez was telling the truth in his opening statement.

Caylee got out the door, climbed the ladder to the swimming pool and drowned on June 16, 2008.

Who left the ladder down at the pool?

Cindy said that she went swimming in the pool with Caylee after they came home from Mount Dora. Cindy also stated that she was religious about always putting the pool ladder up.

Who left the ladder down at the pool?

George said that Cindy called him from work and asked who left the ladder down at the pool and the gate open. Cindy supported what George testified to.

When did Cindy make that call?

Caylee has already drowned by June 16th. Cindy would never have left the ladder down. Casey got home around 7pm from Tony Lazzaro’s and was too busy texting and phoning on June 15th to go for a swim in the pool. Cindy also stated that it was getting cool so her and Caylee got out of the pool.
