Geraldo Bloise took the stand today and had to go through the rigors of José Baez’s cross examination. No, there was no pizza in the box and there was no chicken scraps and no cheese and the list went on. The trash was placed in a room to dry out so it would not get moldy. I don’t think that Baez scored any points with Geraldo today.

FBI forensics expert, Dr. Michael Rickenbach added a bit more about finding small traces of chloroform in the samples he analyzed.

I did find Linda Drane Burdick’s introduction to Deputy Forgey a wee bit too lengthy. I realize that she was laying a foundation and stopping Baez in his tracks before he did a cross exam to try and discredit the canine handler. Towards the end of José’s cross, I did swear at my monitor a couple of times. Why the hoot does Baez insist on having the last word? He rushes up to the podium and then his mind goes blank and out comes a couple of stupid questions. Why doesn’t he stop when he has made a little headway?
