A 15-year-old is arrested and accused of kidnapping and assaulting a nine-year-old girl in Anne Arundel county.
It happened at the Faith Community Church in the 1300 Block of Waugh Chapel Road in Gambrills.
The
mother of the victim told police her daughter and the suspect went into
an office, forced the girl into another room, and then restrained and
choked her.
Police say the victim was assaulted by the suspect a few weeks earlier.
The teen is facing several charges including assault and kidnapping.
