DOMINIQUE STOUT - 15 yo - Kansas City MO

A 15-year-old girl has been missing since August 5 and Kansas City
Police think her biological mother with a history of drug and alcohol
abuse may have taken her. The pair were last seen together buying
cigarettes.

Melissa P. Farris-Visnich, 32, had her parental rights to Dominique
Stout, 15, terminated 10 years ago. Police said Farris-Visnich is
homeless and has a history of drug and alcohol abuse and prostitution
near Independence Avenue.

Dominique also goes by the name Dominique Brown. She has red/auburn
hair and blue eyes. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs about 120
pounds. Farris-Visnich has long brown hair and hazel eyes. She is 5
feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds.

Police said that Farris-Visnich used the last of her food stamps at
Cosentino's grocery store at 13th and Main on September 11. Police
searched a home on September 13 at 809 S. McCoy that Farris-Visnich was
seen at often, but they were not there.
