QUAEISHA SHANTAE COOK - 16 yo - Walkersville/Frederick County MD

The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a missing 16-year-old girl.
Quaeisha Dextaiya Shantae Cook was granted a leave pass to Middletown
from a state-run juvenile facility but did not return Sunday, the
sheriff’s office said. “I want my child found,” said Michelle Waller,
Quaeisha’s mother. “I am worried to death. … I want her to come home.”
Waller said she was seen in Frederick Tuesday night.

Quaeisha is 5-feet-1 inch tall and weighs 140 pounds. She has black
hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a red and gray striped
sweater, gray leggings, and large earrings, according to the National
Center for Missing and Exploited Children website. She may attempt to
travel to Connecticut where she has family and friends.
