Larned police are asking for the public's help to find a missing teen.
Karen Corson was reported missing Monday, September 20. The 17-year-old was last seen leaving the Larned High School at noon that same day.



Corson is a white female, 5'3, 120 lbs. with black hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black Jimmy Hendrix t-shirt with blue jeans, red and black tennis shoes, and a red or black backpack. She has multiple piercings; one in her lower lip, two in her nose and large holes in both ear lobes.
Corson has been entered into the national database for runaways and missing persons. She has been classified as a runaway by Larned police.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Larned Police Department at 620-285-8545.

Runaway Kansas Teen Found at El Paso Border Crossing

El Paso – A 17-year-old girl who ran away from her Kansas City home was found trying to cross into the U.S. at an El Paso port-of-entry yesterday, said a U.S. Customs and Border Protection spokesperson.

CBP officers confirmed the teenager's identity after discovering a lookout listing for her in the National Crime Information Center.

Officers say the teen told them she had been in Juarez visiting her boyfriend.

She was reported missing by her mother on Sunday.

“Our officers did an outstanding job in detaining and confirming the identity of this missing juvenile. CBP officers at the El Paso port of entry identify approximately two dozens wanted people every week because of our inspection process,” said Bill Molaski, U.S. Customs and Border Protection El Paso Port Director, in a news release.

The teen was turned over to El Paso Police officers.

I have found another reference that Karen has been found so going to move this.
I reported earlier today that authorities have been called out to find ex-Leotian, Karen Corson, who is 17. She has been found and is okay.
