ORLANDO, Fla. -- In a recent motion, Casey Anthony's defense team has focused on a botanist's testimony.

Judge Belvin Perry recently ruled that Dr. David Hall's testimony will be allowed. Hall examined plant material at the scene where Caylee Anthony's remains were found.

The defense team wants Hall's testimony looked at again.
