ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's defense team has taken their criticism of Chief Judge Belvin Perry to a whole new level.
They've accused Perry of showing bias and a lack of objectivity in a recent ruling. The accusations go against the core values Perry said he follows in coming to crucial decisions in all cases.
In an exclusive interview with WESH-TV, Perry wouldn't talk about the Anthony case nor was he asked about it. His philosophy about fairness and following the law in a career of big decisions in crucial cases can, however, serve as a response to recent accusations of bias.
