Correction appended

Well-known forensic pathologist Cyril Wecht painted a grim picture of criminal investigations and a U.S. justice system that too often lets killers off the hook and puts innocent people behind bars.

Among the guilty he believes are still walking free? Casey Anthony and John Ramsey, for starters. But he also thinks whoever was responsible for the deaths of Marilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley also might have gotten away with murder.

As for Anthony, he's also convinced she's guilty, even though a jury last year found her innocent of killing her daughter, who was missing for 31 days before Anthony reported it.

"The jury came from another planet," he said.
