In this second article reviewing Dr. Kenneth Furton’s testimony in the Frye hearing that took place last week concerning the work of Dr. Arpad Vass, we will look at Dr. Furton’s statements concerning works by Dr. Statheropoulos. He made statements on several of Dr. Statheropoulos’s papers, so we will look at two of them, along with some key portions of two of Dr. Vass’s papers to show how data from both authors were misrepresented by Dr. Furton on the stand.
