BALLSTON SPA — Police are searching for a missing 14-year-old girl and
her 15-year-old boyfriend who were reported missing at around 2 a.m.
Tuesday.

Chiara M. Lisi of Clifton Park and her boyfriend, Aaron
Cadman, 15, of Rensselaer County, apparently snuck out of their parents’
houses last night and drove away in a gold 2004 Lexus 330 that Cadman
stole from his parents.

Authorities believe Cadman may be in possession of some type of gun — possibly a handgun or more likely a pellet or BB gun.

According
to Saratoga County Sheriff’s Sgt. Rick Washburn the pair are likely
headed south through New Jersey, possibly with the intention of heading
to southern states.

“They took clothing from their houses that
indicated they were headed toward warmer weather,” Washburn said. He
added that they do not appear to have any connections to anyone is a
southern state.

The Rensselaer County Sheriff’s Department is handling the investigation into Cadman’s disappearance.

Washburn said Cadman’s parents reported that he had some type of gun and that it is no longer in the house.

He
said there is no indication that Lisi and Cadman are involved in any
type of drug or other illegal activity or that Cadman is a danger to
himself, Lisi or others.

“They both come from very good families,” he said.

The gold Lexus they are driving is New York license plate DYH-1953.

Lisi is described as a white female with red hair and green eyes. She is 5-feet, 1-inch tall and weighs 110 pounds.

UPDATE (2:06
a.m.): NEWS10 received note early Friday morning from the Saratoga
County Sheriff's Office that 14-year old Chiara Lisi and her 15-year old
boyfriend, Aaron Cadman, have been located safe in the state of
Maryland.
Details are
sparse at this time, but officials say the two were located in the Town
of Leonardtown by the St. Mary's County Sheriff's office around 11:55
p.m. Thursday.
Lisi and Cadman are being held by police until their families can arrive in Maryland to take custody of them.
Leonardtown is over 400 miles away from Albany.
