CALEB CLARK - 3 Months - Panama City FL

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued an AMBER ALERT for a 3-month-old little boy out of Panama City. Caleb Clark was last seen Sunday in the 17000 block of Front Beach Road in Panama City. The infant is a white male, 25 inches tall, blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a diaper. Authorities
say he may be in the company of 38-year-old Elton Clark.

Clark is 5
feet 10 inches tall, 200 pounds, brown hair and blue eyes. He has a
tattoo of a cross on his left arm that says “Faith in God” and a yellow
cross on his right arm. They may be traveling in a white 1997 Mercury
Grand Marquis with a blue rag top and an Alabama license plate of
2B55N04. The driver side back window of the car is busted out and the
paint is peeling off the front bumper. Anyone who has information is asked to call the Panama City Beach Police Department at 850-233-5000.

A 3-month-old has been located safe and his father arrested on
multiple charges after the child's abduction spawned an Amber Alert last
night.
The alert was issued by Florida Department of Law Enforcement for
Caleb Clark after Elton Clark, the boy's father, reportedly battered the
mother of his child, Kimberly Newell.
The Mobile, Ala. couple was vacationing in Panama City Beach with
their son when they began to fight at Landmark Condominiums, according
to a news release from Panama City Beach Police Department. Newell said
Elton Clark, 37, hit her while she was holding the baby before taking
the child and fleeing in a white 1997 four-door Mercury Grand Marquis.
Newell told police she has sole custody of the child and Elton Clark
threatened to harm the infant if she called police.
Police later found the Grand Marquis near the new Panama City Beach
Conservation Park and Clark was found hiding with the child in a camp
nearby. He is in Bay County Jail charged with domestic battery, grand
theft auto and interference with child custody.
