DeFuniak Springs -- Deputies with the Walton County
Sheriff’s Office are asking for the public’s help to locate a teenager
who has been missing for 16 days.


Deputies say Jeston Foley, of Laurel Hill, was last
seen by his father at their home on April 11tth. His father reported
him missing that night, and says the boy has run away in the past.
Deputies say both his ex-girlfriend and his grandmother have pointed
them toward Columbus, Georgia, where he has a friend about his age.Because he has been missing for
more than 2-weeks at this point, deputies are asking for the community’s
help in addition to working with other regional law enforcement groups.Deputies describe Foley as being about 5 feet, six inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds, and has blonde hair
and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing gray sneakers with red soles
and a new pair of sunglasses. He may be traveling with a red gym bag.

The Walton County Sheriff’s
Office announced the safe recovery of 16-year-old Jeston Foley, of
Laurel Hill, today (April 29). He was reported missing April 11.
The WCSO received information yesterday at approximately 9:03 p.m.
from an individual who suggested that Jeston and his female companion
were in the DeFuniak Springs area.
The juveniles were safely recovered on 8th Street by WCSO deputies and were released into the custody of their parents.
