Orlando, FL — In yet another blow to the defense team of Casey Anthony the judge has again ruled against attempts to keep key evidence out of the coming first-degree murder trial.

The latest order from Judge Belvin Perry Jr. could be a key aid to the defense theory of what happened to Casey's daughter Caylee.

Prosecutors say Casey killed her daughter in the latter half of June 2008 and dumped the body in the woods near her home.
