Media might delay Anthony trial

It was all systems go for jury selection to start Monday morning, but a battle with some media organizations may delay the trial.

“The interest of the defendant, Ms. Casey Anthony, comes first.” says Judge Perry.

So the judge rules the media must sign a confidentiality agreement, and not report the location of jury selection until Monday morning.

But a few out of area news outlets including the Associated Press file a motion appealing the decision stating that it violates first amendment laws.

For goodness sake this is terrible.....these are not even local stations.....it has been almost 3 years, need to get this trial started.
