While jury selection continues in the Casey Anthony first-degree murder trial, more websites are popping up claiming they’ve been created by Judge Belvin Perry.
WDBO’s Legal Analyst Sherri DeWitt says there haven’t been many high-profile trials since the surge of social media.
"It's a big concern, and it's very difficult to control," said DeWitt.
That’s why the Ninth Judicial Circuit is asking webmasters of these fake sites, claiming to be Judge Belvin Perry, to ‘remove all content,’ saying they’re ‘misleading.’
