May 4, 2011 - Niagara Regional Police are asking for the public’s help in locating 17-year-old Jacob Brooks, from Fort Erie.

He is described as being white, standing 6 feet tall and weighing 141 pounds. He has a thin build, shaggy brown hair and was unshaven.
He was last seen wearing a light blue shirt and flannel pants.
Jacob Brooks was last seen leaving the Greater Niagara General Hospital in Niagara Falls on Tuesday afternoon at 4 p.m.
He had been receiving medical treatment and left the hospital on foot.
The teen suffers from a diabetic condition which requires ongoing, daily treatment.
Police and family members are concerned for Jacob Brook’s welfare and want to locate him as soon as possible to ensure he well-being.
Anyone with information on Jacob Brooks is urged to call the NRP at 905-688-4111, ext. 2300.

Jacob Brooks: LOCATED
Acting on information received from the public, Jacob BROOKS was located in the early morning hours of May 5th, 2011 at a residence in Fort Erie.
The Niagara Regional Police Service would like to thank the public and members of the media for their assistance.
