So far, 106 jurors have been interviewed. Only 40 were passed through, 66 were dismissed because of hardships and another 49 weren't even considered because of the jury room gossip.

Casey walked into the Pinellas County courtroom on Wednesday, wearing a pink button-down shirt and what appears to be the same grey slacks from Tuesday. She had her hair pulled back in a long pony-tail. Once again, her parents, Cindy and George Anthony, were not present.

As Judge Belvin Perry read the charges against Casey, she began to cry. It is the second time she has cried since her trial began on Monday.

I think Judge Perry said 67 total have been retained. They'll be back tomorrow morning 8:30 to start again. We haven't even gotten to the homeless pool yet!
