Casey Anthony: Do we have a jury? Nancy Grace talks to ‘GMA’

The plan is for jurors in the Casey Anthony trial to be sworn in Friday afternoon in Pinellas County.
“It looks like at 3 p.m. tomorrow, we will finally have a jury of 12 plus alternates,” WKMG-Channel 6’s Tony Pipitone said tonight. “At least that is the plan and, if we’ve learned anything over the last two weeks, the Perry plan sometimes changes.”
The Perry plan, of course, refers to Chief Judge Belvin Perry. Today was the 10th day of jury selection.
At 6 tonight, WFTV-Channel 9 anchor Martie Salt explained that there were 16 jurors — nine women and seven men. Salt and reporter Kathi Belich agreed that Judge Perry was getting confident about the jury.
Opening statements would begin Monday morning in Orlando.
WESH-Channel 2’s Bob Kealing reported that defense attorney Jose Baez wasn’t talking about the private matter that ended court early Wednesday. But Kealing observed that ”the grueling work has left the defense table looking and sounding like a sick bay.” Kealing added that prosecutors were keeping hand sanitizers close by.
In more Anthony news, HLN’s Nancy Grace will discuss the case Friday morning on ABC’s “Good Morning America.” Look for her at 7:30 a.m. from Orlando.
