Yesterday saw an odd turn of events in the jury selection process for the murder trial of Casey Anthony. The morning kicked off with the defense arguing a motion in which they opposed the method in which Judge Perry was conducting jury selection. Basically the defense stated they want to put all potential jurors through the voir dire process before using their peremptory strikes. Judge Perry denied their motion and continued the jury selection process.

Which led to exactly one potential juror being put through voir dire. After both sides had questioned potential jurist #3283 and the potential juror was taken from the court room….things got odd.
