The "Van" Evidence

Some were wondering about the van mentioned on NG last night...I remember something about it early in the investigation.

I Found this after everyone went to bed...for some reason our site won't let me copy/paste the story...so here is the link

It is very interesting...although, I feel bad that I am not able to follow this case as much.

This is the first I've heard this.......

Deputies found a footprint in the dirt, and dogs picked up a scent leading away from the home of Haleigh Cummings.

A canine officer followed a track that lead directly out the back door of the home and down a wooded path.
Deputies found what appeared to be a small footprint in the dirt, but noted Haleigh's shoes were still inside her home.
The tracking dog led deputies to a pond and back to Green Lane, Haleigh's street. Deputies looked inside a small building with a door that had been left open. Nothing was inside.
The track continued north past Haleigh's home down Monroe Avenue and onto Buchanan Circle, which looped back to Monroe Avenue. The canine officer continued to track down Buffalo Bluff Road but lost the track at the railroad crossing.

I think it's interesting that the track ends at the railroad tracks... maybe it's just me but this brings thoughts of human trafficking to mind. Did someone SELL her and hand her off to said buyers at the tracks? Was she put on a train? Did she run away? Hmmmmm.... seems fishy to me, but everything does to me ever since I first heard about Caylee.

Ok, so you're not the only one that thought you've seen Haleigh. I was driving to a local high school for my adult education course last night (Thursday 03/19/2009) and saw a women walking with two children. One of the children looked just like Haliegh. I couldn't turn around due to the narrow two-lane, curvy road with a conrete median, but now I wish I would have because it's eating at me. But why would someone with a missing child in their care be ANYWHERE in public? I'm hoping to see them again next Thursday night, this was the first time I used the back entrance to the school so maybe they'll be there again.

If Haleigh is with someone she knows, I think there is a very good possibility they would take her out in public. It would be really hard to keep a child that age closed-in for too long, especially if she has been told that they are on vacation, etc. I think your concern is admirable.

IF TRUE...This is very, very, interesting...curious at best...and, brings up so many things to discuss...IMHO Darn will have to do in sections...preview doesn't show all the text???

Cobra told me Thursday afternoon about a re-enactment he tried to arrange with Haleigh's father, Ronald Cummings and his teen bride, Misty.

Misty was the last person to see the girl before she disappeared February 9th in the middle of the night.

HIGHLIGHTS:

· Ron and Misty initially were both onboard.

· Misty got cold feet, but was urged at vigil for Haleigh by others there to do it.

· They were about to get the re-enactment underway when Misty balked again.

· Misty said she didn’t remember things –didn’t want to do it at all and got angry

· Ron got angry at Misty---talked about it with Cobra at Memaw's over some sweet tea.

· Cobra told Ron about "Greg"—a young African American male with whom Misty was rumored to have been having sex

· Cobra said Ron confirmed that he knew all about "Greg"

· Cobra asked Ron why he married Misty anyway

· Ron replied that “she is the only tie he has to Haleigh and that he will keep her until Haleigh returns”

Things to discuss...This is ALL theory and opinion ONLY!!!
We are trying to find out Greg's last name...but, don't know at this time...but, Ron says he knows...wonder If he/Greg is still around? :shock: It might not even be his name.

Why did Cobra give this interview?

Ron has a very bad temper...ref: Gun in mouth.

Greg, the white guy "black" guy...is this the black guy Junior says took Haleigh?

Could it be that both Haleigh and Jr...saw some "couch bouncing" happening that night...didthings get out of control?

Could it be that "Greg" is the person who used the van the night Haleigh went missing?

Thats a start...of course their is the rumor of the pedophile who's missing too, although car found? And, the rumor of uncle...

All in all...now I wonder even more why Ron and Misty got married??? Something smells fishy here...!!!

Ugg...this case is getting as twisted as baby Caylee's!!!

The Law Office of Kimball & Snider, P.A. has agreed, after first meeting with Ronald Cummings on March 18, 2009, to represent Ronald Cummings, the father of Haleigh Cummings, on a pro bono basis. As a victim, Ronald Cummings needs and deserves legal advice and assistance in his quest for the safe return of his daughter, Haleigh Cummings.

1. The Law Office of Kimball & Snider P.A. will assist Ronald Cummings in his continuing cooperation with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and all other police agencies in their investigation into Haleigh’s disappearance.

2. The Law Office of Kimball & Snider P.A. will coordinate media attention directed to Ronald Cummings regarding his daughter’s disappearance. While publicity is a definite asset in the search for Haleigh, Ronald Cummings cannot handle all the various requests for his time that the media and the public are seeking, and access will be very limited.

Flamom and justamom....

I talked with 2 different detectives who gave 2 different views. One is NO they would not have her out in public cause they are trying to hide her and the other is YES if she had been passed off to a family member she may not know she is missing and thinks aunty suzy is just keeping her happy by taking her out to buy toys and things. So who knows...we cant assume...or we narrow the focus...

Unfortunately the more this goes on...it is not looking good. Ron keeps saying "I dont know anything I was at work" and Misty cant get her story straight. Maybe Ron hit haleigh and went on to work leaving her with Misty...then like the actress this week...haleigh passed away an hour or two later. Maybe Misty and Ron's mom came up with the kidnapping story. I want CELL PHONE RECORDS of all these people involved. Mad

WOW! the P.I. trying to get Misty charged with obstruction of justice and child endangerment! Says she is definitely lying. She is key in this investigation. She has derailed the investigation with her lying.
It is clear this P.I. thinks Misty is guilty of something bad. The P.I. is working for the bio Mom Crystal, so I don't know if the P.I. is just trying to help in the custody case?
It is shocking to me that a WEEK before Haleigh goes missing, Misty is having an "affair" with a "black guy - Greg" ... and then Ron marries her anyway, even though he knew about "Greg".
I'm thinking drug involvement in this whole mess.
P.I. says Misty was NOT THERE the night Haleigh went missing - even Ron admits that Misty was with her "lover" - Greg ....
This is a crazy messed up situation. Poor Haleigh!

Haleigh Cummings: Does Anyone Know?

Satsuma Florida- Haleigh Cummings went missing from her home thirty
nine days ago. She was under the care of Misty Croslin. Misty has yet
to give a solid account as to what happened leading up to the
disappearance of Haleigh. Misty has been questioned for numbers of
hours regarding a simple account of events from 7 pm on February 9th to
3 am on February 10th. A simple correct time line of events is all
investigators seem to want from her. Misty is as tight lipped as ever.
It is reported that investigators have asked her to even do a
reenactment of what happened the night of February 9th before she put
Haleigh and Jr. to bed. She refused. I have reported numerous times as
to what Misty claims to of happened the night before the disappearance
of Haleigh.
Misty says she put Haleigh and Jr. to bed at 8 pm. Misty then says
she stayed up to do some laundry then she herself turned in at 10 pm.
Doors locked and lights off. She then says that she woke up to use the
toilet but never made it because she noticed a light on in the kitchen.
On further investigation of the kitchen light she realized the back
door was open and the screen propped with bricks. Misty says she ran to
the bedroom to call Ron Cummings at work then realizing Haleigh was
gone. Jr still in bed sleeping. Misty says she called Ron at work and
he rushed home. Ron called the police after getting to the house.
Misty has had a very unstable recollection of what exactly happened
the night before the disappearance. She has changed her account of the
events several times. I honestly don’t know what the latest one is. Her
sister in law Chelsea Croslin is now involved in the investigation
along with Misty’s blue van. It seems that investigators took a blue
van into custody to be processed as evidence. The van
has been released investigators said that there is nothing related to
Haleigh in the vehicle. According to Chelsea, Misty called her at 4 am
the morning Haleigh disappeared. They went outside to get into the van
to drive over to Ron and Misty’s to help look for Haleigh and even
before getting into the van they realized it was not parked in the spot
she had last parked it in. Then during the day of February 10th Misty
noticed further signs of tampering on the vehicle. She says that there
is a long scratch going down the drivers side from the door to the back
tire. Misty called Chelsea later that night asking her if she was the
one who put the scratch in her van and Chelsea then began crying
telling her no she wasn’t the one who put the scratch in the van.
Chelsea has also said that she is not accusing anyone and that she
is just piecing things together and that they feel they might know who
it is. Its unclear as to what Chelsea means by she feels she might
know who it is, if she is referring to who tampered with the van or who
has Haleigh.
Haleigh is a five year old girl, she has blonde hair and brown eyes.
Haleigh is 3 ft. tall and weighs 39 pounds. She has a birthmark on her
left cheek. She was last seen February 9th at 10 pm. Anyone with
information about Haleigh her where abouts or her abductor are asked to
call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-277-TIPS (8477) or Putnam County Sheriffs
Office at (386)-329-0800. The reward for Haleigh is said to be at
$37,000 now. There will be a headquarters up and running soon to take

ok...so this cobra guy is working for Haliegh's mom...But I think he is in the video on Art Harris's site with Ron...where Ron acts like he is friends with Cobra and says he is doing everything he can to find Haleigh..Its during the interview with Misty..I don't think then he would be just working with Haleigh's mom to get info for the custody case..It's on the video entitled "I'd Never hurt a child"..There is something very weird about this whole situation...Said that Ron had different feelings about Cobra but now they look like best friends..So maybe him and Ron are working together...Sorry if I have confused anyone with my ramblings...lol...just doing some thinking while I type..

Hey, Verogal. I think this Van plays a big roll in the investigation. I also think that LE is keeping a very tight-lip on all evidence they are gathering. It's been hard for me to really get into this case though, after being so blown away by Caylee's case. :hug:
