Prosecution May Rest Tuesday In Anthony Case

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Judge Belvin Perry said Monday that the Casey Anthony murder trial is running ahead of schedule.
Perry said in court that he expects the prosecution to rest its case Tuesday or Wednesday after the state said it had no more witnesses available to testify for Monday afternoon.
Perry said the trial will continue Tuesday afternoon at 1 p.m. with the state's next witnesses.
