Yesterday was a short and fairly uneventful day in the murder trial of Casey Anthony. It began with the State calling Stephen Shaw to the stand. Mr. Shaw is a hair and fiber examiner for the FBI. The state brought Mr. Shaw in to discuss a study he conducted, motivated by both a thesis he had read and the Caylee Anthony case, which included studying hairs taken from the heads of living people.
