Tony Lazzaro, Casey Anthony’s former boyfriend, is shopping a book, says a source familiar with the project.

The focus? “The interaction that the roommates had with Casey around that 31-day period” after Caylee went missing, the source said. “It’s going to be a must-read. It’s going to be insane.”

Anthony was acquitted last week of the first-degree murder of her daughter, 2-year-old Caylee. Anthony’s defense team said the toddler drowned in 2008.

Will Lazzaro write the book? No. The source said Lazzaro hopes that Pulitzer Prize winner Jane Healy, formerly a top manager at the Orlando Sentinel, will write the book.
