A known druggie doesn't need to have a helpless 14 month baby in her care.
Wonder why the Amber Alert was canceled?

NORTHWOOD, OH - A missing 15 month old
Northwood boy and his mother have been found in safe Orlando, Florida
after an 'Amber Alert' was issued Friday afternoon by Northwood police.
Authorities say Benjamin Jones was abducted by his mother Tabbetha Rupert.
Rupert is behind bars in the Orange County Jail and Benjamin is with the Orange County Child Protective Services.
"We have to have some serious circumstances
surrounding a child going missing for an 'Amber Alert' to be issued. Law
enforcement agencies in this country were told to be on the lookout for
this child," according to Northwood Police Department Sgt. Douglas
Hubaker.
Police say Rupert's mother, Lisa Pendergraff,
has custody of Benjamin. Rupert snatched the boy while spending the
night at Pendergraff's house.
"Oh, he's just a happy go lucky guy," said Pendergraff.
Pendergraff says her daughter has had legal
problems involving drugs and solicitation. Benjamin has lived with her
since he was six months old.
The ‘Amber Alert' was lifted after nearly four hours when the pair turned up in Florida.
"We were able to track mom's cell phone in
Orlando, contacted Orange County directly and asked them to search a
specific area in their town. The information we had was that she was in a
specific area of Orange County," said Sgt. Hubaker.
Rupert will be extradited back to Northwood where she faces felony charges of interfering with custody.
"I'm glad that he's safe and sound. I'll be happier when he's home with me," said Pendergraff.
