These two teens have been missing since 05/18 according to this FB page.

REWARD INFORMATION: This is Jax’s uncle Mike. There are still some
kids and possibly a parent or two that are under the impression that
this is a sweet adventure of two 17 year olds running away together.
Jax made a journal of the days up to and
including the day she left. It was found in the abandoned car. She
stated more than once she was afraid. There was also a get together
among friends before they left. Several kids were there. There is very
little chance that Ryan and Jax destination was not discussed at that get together.

PLEASE MAKE NO MISTAKE. THIS IS AN UGLY AND DANGEROUS SITUATION.

They have no food or money. The one thing they had was the car which
failed them. They made an extremely poor decision to ditch their
phones. It is time to abort the mission and come home. I am truly
surprised that their friends don’t seem to care enough about them to get
them out of the situation. Ryan and Jax are under the mistaken
impression that it is too late to come back. That is so wrong! It is
taking too long for the friends to get it. Every minute is too long.
When Jax eventually turns 18 it will make no difference the safety fairy will not come.

Last known direction of travel...Northwest. Albuquerque? Santa Fe?

Missing Cedar Park girl listed as endangered runaway teen

CEDAR
PARK — Vandegrift High School senior Jacqueline “Jax” Whittington, 17,
was making plans for college two months ago but will likely miss
graduation ceremonies in a few days because she is missing, possibly
heading toward Oregon with her boyfriend.

Her mother Jana Darling just wants to see her daughter alive and well.
“Literally,
every day, I don’t know if she’s alive,” Darling said. “We just want
her to know she’s not in trouble. We just want her to be safe.”

Jax
was last seen on May 18. She is listed as an endangered runaway on the
National Center for Missing and Exploited Children’s website. The Cedar
Park Police Department is pursuing the case and confirmed that Jax was
still listed as “missing” as of Monday.

Ryan Jeffrey Williams’ mother Relee Krause, was shocked by her son’s
disappearance on May 18 and she wants to know that her son is okay. At
the time he fled the area, Williams was a Vandegrift High School
junior. He and girlfriend Vandegrift High School senior Jacqueline
“Jax” Whittington are still missing.
This is the second time Williams has run away this year; the
first time he was tracked down and discovered by a private investigator.

Krause received an ominous text at about 7:00 p.m. on May 18 from her son which read:

‘I’m sorry Mom that we’re doing this but I can’t take it
here no more. I feel like I’m going crazy. Don’t worry about us. We
have money and a place to live. I love you and I miss you. Please don’t
worry.’

The teens are thought to be travelling in Whittington’s 2002 silver Honda Accord, license plate LTS789.

Cedar Park Police Captain Jeff Hayes is seeking information.

“If there is anyone, a friend or family member out
there who spoke with her (Whittington) before she left or has given her
information before she left or has had contact with her since she left,
please contact the detective on the case, Detective Christopher Dailey
at 512-260-4772,” said Hayes who is also seeking any news of Williams
as well.

Ryan Jeffrey Williams and Jacqueline “Jax” Whittington went to the
Vandegrift HS prom together in early May. They ran away on May 18.
Local police are asking for help from friends on finding out their
whereabouts.

SNYDER, TX (KCBD) -
An Austin area family is pleading for help, trying to find two missing teens who were last seen in Snyder about a month ago.

Jana Darling issued a missing person's report
for her 17-year-old daughter Jacqueline Whittington and her daughter's
17-year-old boyfriend Ryan Williams when they went missing from Austin
back on May 18th.

Darling says Jacqueline, who goes by Jax, did
not go to school on May 18th. Jax and Ryan left town with clothes and a
small amount of cash, but the next day their car was found broken down
on Highway 84 just south of Snyder.

Jacqueline's debit card was left in the car, and a month later there have been no money withdrawals and no contact of any kind.

The family is worried foul play may be involved and hired a private investigator.

"This is definitely out of character for
Jax," said Chuck Foreman, private investigator. "Bells and whistles are
going off that we have to find them right away. The more time that goes
on the more dangerous it gets for them."

Foreman believes since the couple was headed
north on Highway 84 they could possibly have gotten rides to Lubbock.
Missing posters have been posted throughout Snyder and into Lubbock with
their information.

Jax is described as 5'5", weighs 110 pounds
with brown eyes and brown hair. Ryan is described as 5'10" weighs 170
pounds with blue eyes and black hair.

If you have seen the teens you are asked to call Foreman at 512-644-9856, or the Cedar Park Police at 512-260- 4600.

The investigator says there is an unverified
report that Williams was seen alone at a truck stop in Sweetwater,
hitchhiking with a sign that said, "California." Whittington was not with him.

Jax texted her dad today! She says she's okay, she plans to come home
eventually. The most important thing to us is that she is alive and not
under duress. Thank you for your prayers, well-wishes, and thoughts
over the last month. I doubt she knows (yet) about the enormous search
efforts to find her. Thank you so much to Chuck Foreman, CFSI

---True. All the perp has to do is have her cell phone and contact list. Recommendation: Parents and children should have a special secret keyword to use in situations like this. Something that would have to be included in the original message to indicate that it really came from that person.

I am waiting for something more than red letters scrawled across a poster. Last (unsubstantiated) report was that she (purportedly) reached out to the parents through a text. See above.
