Police search for missing 12-year-old girl

Orleans, La.- Police are looking for 12-year-old Osvreana Mendoza, who
was last seen by her stepmother on June 12 at about 11 p.m. in the 7600
block of Crestmont Road.

Investigators believe Mendoza was picked up
at her residence by an unknown Hispanic male, approximately 22 or
23-years-old. Mendoza has not been seen or heard from since.

Police say Mendoza and the unknown male may be traveling to St. Louis, Michigan or North Carolina.

Mendoza is described as a Hispanic female, approximately 4'8" tall and weighs about 125 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Mendoza has a piercing in her left eyebrow.
