Deputies Arrest, Charge Two in Killing of Toddler

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) -The Bibb Sheriff's office is investigating
after the murder of an 18-month old Wednesday morning, and have arrested
two in connection to the crime.

The child's father, 20-year-old Antwon Dorez Davis of Macon is charged
with Felony Murder and Probation Violation State Court. He is being held
at the Bibb County LEC without bond. The stepmother, 36-year-old Amanda
Denise Davis of Macon is also charged with Felony Murder and is also
being held without bond.

The child was found unconcious and taken to the Medical Center of
Central Georgia, where the child died. The Medical Examiner will perform
an autopsy. Investigators say they arrested the father and stepmother
based on evidence that pointed to them in the child's death. An official
cause of death has not been released.
