 Missing North Carolina girls found in Altamonte Springs

Hannah Shaw, 9, and Hailey Shaw, 7, were reported missing from Hendersonville, NC and later found in Altamonte Springs.

]ALTAMONTE SPRINGS --
Two girls reported missing from Hendersonville, N.C. in late May have been located in Seminole County.

The Hendersonville Police Dept. said Gretchen Sanford took daughters Hannah Shaw, 9, and Hailey Shaw, 7, from their elementary school on May 27 and left the state.

The girls and their mother were found in Altamonte Springs.

The children’s father, Christopher Shaw, now has custody of the girls.

Police did not say if Sanford will face any charges.
